Refund and Returns Policy
The Icon by Gilani’s wants its customers to be completely satisfied with every purchase. We stand behind our products and ensure to deliver the accurate product as per your preference.
What is Our Return Policy?
- You can claim an exchange request if you received the wrong product (different color or article). We will gladly accept your request as long as it is unaltered, unused, unwashed, and with all the packaging and tags attached.
- You can also claim an exchange or return of your ordered product if you receive a damaged or faulty product from our end. Contact our customer representative with clear proof of damage (picture or video) at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns are only applicable if the product you received was damaged.
However, your return and exchange request must be initiated within 3 working days of receiving your parcel. Kindly note you must present viable evidence along with the invoice via email. After reviewing your request, our customer support team will take around 7 days to process your claim.
Note: Custom orders are not eligible for exchange or return under any situation.

What is Our Refund Policy?
If you wish to return your product, you can contact our customer care team and request a refund, providing a valid reason for your refund. Once we approve your refund request, you can ship your product back to us by coordinating with our customer representative.
A refund will only be accepted if the product is damaged. We will refund your product charges, but the shipping charges are not refundable.
We will initiate a refund after inspecting the returned items. You will receive your refund within 4-5 business days in your bank account once our inspection process is completed. Your cooperation in this regard is highly appreciated.
